Signed waivers are stored securely, but we recommend exporting each day's waivers to your own computer as a local backup — use the Export tool at the top of the Waivers page. It takes seconds and gives you a copy on hand whenever you need one.

Gear stock warnings▸
When a guest asks for a size that isn't available, the trip screen and the printed manifest say so. Nothing is reserved and nothing is blocked — it's a heads-up, not a lock.
Only turn this on if you keep your inventory current. A warning is only worth anything if the number behind it is true; if it isn't, your crew learns to ignore the red — including the times it's right.
